- 400 g Leek
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 1 Egg

Leek Puree
- Cut into small pieces, and add 400 g of leek in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 30 g of butter, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 7:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content at the bowl.
Salmon Flakes
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 400 g of salmon fillet in the food processor bowl.
- Mix steam: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
- Flake salmon fillets with a fork.

Assembly
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
