- 80 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 80 g Granulated sugar
- 150 g Milk
- 50 g Milk chocolate
- 30 g Small chocolate egg
- 20 g Chocolate vermicelli

Chocolate Cream
- Separate the Egg yolks from the Egg whites of 4 eggs and put them in two bowls.
- Add 100 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 80 g of butter, 4 eggs only the yellow, 80 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 4 eggs only white in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Soaking the biscuits
- Add 150 g of milk in a mixing bowl.
- Quickly dip each Spoon Biscuits into the Milk
- Arrange them vertically around the edge of a serving dish to form a circle
Final Assembly
- Transfer the content of the bowl in a preparation content.
