  • 80 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 80 g Granulated sugar
  • 150 g Milk
  • 50 g Milk chocolate
  • 30 g Small chocolate egg
  • 20 g Chocolate vermicelli

Chocolate Cream

  1. Separate the Egg yolks from the Egg whites of 4 eggs and put them in two bowls.
  2. Add 100 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  4. Add 80 g of butter, 4 eggs only the yellow, 80 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  6. Add 4 eggs only white in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  8. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

Soaking the biscuits

  1. Add 150 g of milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Quickly dip each Spoon Biscuits into the Milk
  3. Arrange them vertically around the edge of a serving dish to form a circle

Final Assembly

  1. Transfer the content of the bowl in a preparation content.
  2. Spread evenly over the top
