Ingredients
- 250 g Flour t55
- 25 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Milk
- 500 g Sunflower oil
- 10 g Icing sugar
Steps
Dough
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 25 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 egg, 50 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Check the consistency of the dough.
- Add a little more Milk if it's too thick.
- Setaside the preparation content in a bowl cover with towel during 30min.
Frying
- Add 500 g of sunflower oil in a pan.
- Cook in the oven with an oil base at 180°C.
- Carefully drop small balls of dough into the hot Sunflower Oil using two spoons or a small ice cream scoop.
- Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Transfer the content of the pan on a plate.
- Place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Final Step
- Sprinkle 10 g of icing sugar on the preparation content.
- Serve Hot.
