  • 150 g Flour t55
  • 5 g Baking powder
  • 5 g Vanilla extract
  • 30 g Flaked almond

  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  3. Add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  5. Add 120 g of granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 100 g of almond, 150 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder, 5 g of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Baking

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  2. Sprinkle 30 g of flaked almond over some dough.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
  4. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer.

Finishing

  1. Setaside the dough in the cake mold let cool during 10min.
  2. Transfer the content of the cake mold on a grill let cool.
