- 100 g Butter
- 120 g Granulated sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 100 g Almond
- 150 g Flour t55
- 5 g Baking powder
- 5 g Vanilla extract
- 30 g Flaked almond

Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- Add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 120 g of granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 100 g of almond, 150 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder, 5 g of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Baking
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Sprinkle 30 g of flaked almond over some dough.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
- Check for doneness with a wooden skewer.
Finishing
- Setaside the dough in the cake mold let cool during 10min.
- Transfer the content of the cake mold on a grill let cool.
- Serve Immediately.
