- 200 g Chickpea
- 150 g Zucchini
- 15 g Fresh parsley
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 50 g Flour
- 20 g Olive oil
Steps
Chickpea & Zucchini Mixture
- Add 200 g of chickpea in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 150 g of zucchini, 15 g of fresh parsley, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 50 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a plate.
Chickpea & Zucchini Balls
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Cook in the oven with an oil base.
- Add 20 g of olive oil in a frypan.
- Place the content of the plate in the frypan.
- Fry the chickpea and zucchini balls until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve Hot.
- Serve the Chickpea & Zucchini Balls on pita bread.
