  • 2 g Pepper
  • 50 g Flour

Chickpea & Zucchini Mixture

  1. Add 200 g of chickpea in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Add 150 g of zucchini, 15 g of fresh parsley, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 50 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a plate.

Chickpea & Zucchini Balls

  1. Form the mixture into small balls.
  2. Cook in the oven with an oil base.
  3. Add 20 g of olive oil in a frypan.
  4. Place the content of the plate in the frypan.
  5. Fry the chickpea and zucchini balls until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve Hot.
  7. Serve the Chickpea & Zucchini Balls on pita bread.
