  • 100 g Boursin
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 5 g Flour t55
  • 1 Puff pastry
  • 2 Eggs

Steps

Filling Preparation

  1. Add 100 g of fresh spinach in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl
  4. Add 100 g of boursin, 100 g of smoked salmon in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Pastry Assembly

  1. Add 5 g of flour t55 on a workplan.
  2. Add 1 puff pastry on the workplan.
  3. Roll out the Puff Pastry on a lightly floured surface
  4. Spread the content of the food processor bowl on some dough.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the Puff Pastry
  6. Roll the Puff Pastry tightly into a log
  7. Cut the log into 1.5 cm thick slices
  8. Place of the Preparation name on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Add 1 egg in a bowl.
  3. Whisk Egg in a small bowl
  4. Brush 1 egg on the dough.
  5. Brush the pastries with the whisked Egg
  6. Cook on the oven at 180°C during 15min.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
