Noodles and Egg Mixture

  1. Boil the oven.
  2. Drain the content of the cooking pot in a strainer.
  3. Add 4 eggs, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 200 g of chinese noodle in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.

Omelette Cooking

  1. Pan fry in the oven with an oil base.
  2. Add 20 g of olive oil in a frypan.
  3. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the frypan.
  4. Cook in the oven without added oil during 5min and each side.
  5. Carefully flip the omelette using a large plate or spatula.
  6. Cook in the oven without added oil during 4min and each side.

Serving

  1. Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate.
  2. Score the top of the omelette with a fork in a diamond pattern.
  3. Serve Hot.
