- 200 g Chinese noodle

Noodles and Egg Mixture

Omelette Cooking
- Pan fry in the oven with an oil base.
- Add 20 g of olive oil in a frypan.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the frypan.
- Cook in the oven without added oil during 5min and each side.
- Carefully flip the omelette using a large plate or spatula.
- Cook in the oven without added oil during 4min and each side.
Serving
- Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate.
- Score the top of the omelette with a fork in a diamond pattern.
- Serve Hot.
