  • 150 g Blueberry

Baking

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Dough Preparation

  1. Add 250 g of flour, 150 g of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 2 eggs, 120 g of milk, 80 g of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add 150 g of blueberry in the mixing bowl.
  7. Gently fold in Blueberries by hand into the mixture.

Baking

  1. Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with batter.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  3. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center.
  4. Let muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Serve Cold.
