- 250 g Flour
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 120 g Milk
- 80 g Sunflower oil
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla flavor
- 150 g Blueberry
Steps
Baking
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Dough Preparation
- Add 250 g of flour, 150 g of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 2 eggs, 120 g of milk, 80 g of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Add 150 g of blueberry in the mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in Blueberries by hand into the mixture.
Baking
- Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center.
- Let muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve Cold.
