- 30 g Butter
- 400 g Crushed tomato
- 20 g Tomato puree

- 500 g Chicken breast
- 100 g Whipping cream
- 400 g Water
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 10 g Fresh coriander

- Add 125 g of onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 20 g of ginger in the food processor bowl.

- Add 30 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 400 g of crushed tomato, 20 g of tomato puree, 2 teaspoon(s) of garam masala, 1 teaspoon(s) of turmeric, 1 teaspoon(s) of chili powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of paprika, 2 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of chicken breast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 12:00min / 100°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
- Add 100 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.
Rice
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Rinse Basmati Rice in a strainer until the water runs clear.
- Add 400 g of water, 200 g of basmati rice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Check if the Rice is cooked to your liking, if not, add a few more minutes.
Final Presentation
- Spoon the Butter Chicken over the rice.
- Add 10 g of fresh coriander on a plate.
