Grated Emmental

  1. Add 100 g of emmental in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  4. Setaside the preparation content at the bowl.

Sliced Chorizo

  1. Rinse the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 150 g of chorizo in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  4. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
  5. Setaside the preparation content at the bowl.

Swirls Preparation

  1. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Spread grated Emmental evenly over the puff pastry.
  3. Distribute the sliced chorizo over the Emmental.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  5. Cut the log into 2 cm thick slices.
  6. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  7. Brush 1 egg with a pastry brush.

Cooking

  1. Cook in the oven during 15min.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
