- 500 g Orange
- 250 g Lemon
- 300 g Clementine
- 500 g Water
- 800 g Granulated sugar

- Wash, and add 500 g of orange, 250 g of lemon, 300 g of clementine in the food processor bowl.
- Cut the oranges, lemons, and clementines into quarters.
- Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Cooking
- Add 800 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Check the consistency; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes / 100°C / Speed 2 until the marmalade reaches the desired thickness.
Finishing
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately.
- Let cool completely.
