- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 125 g Mascarpone
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g Milk
- 2 g Apple
- 1 g Icing sugar

- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease and flour a round baking pan.
Dough
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 10 g of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 2 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 125 g of mascarpone, 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
- Peel, core, and thinly slice Apples.
- Sliced, and place 2 g of apple on a preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Check if the cake is done.
- Setaside the preparation content in a pan let cool during 10min.
