  • 800 g Granulated sugar
  • 30 g Lemon juice

  1. Wash, cut in two, pit, and add 800 g of apricot in a bowl.
  2. Weigh the halved Apricots.

Cooking

  1. Add 800 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  4. Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 1. Filler cap open

Finishing

  1. Test the jam consistency by placing a small spoonful on a cold plate and refrigerating briefly to see if it sets. If not, cook for a further 5 minutes at Varoma temperature.
  2. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
  3. Seal the jars immediately.
  4. Serve Immediately.
