Ingredients
- 600 g Red beet
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 20 g Fresh dill
- 20 g Olive oil
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 3 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 5 g White sesame seed
Steps
Preparation
- Boil the Red Beets in a pot covered with water for 20 to 40 minutes until tender when pierced with a knife.
- Add 600 g of red beet in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 200 g of feta cheese, 20 g of fresh dill, 20 g of olive oil, 10 g of lemon juice, 3 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Serving
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a salad bowl.
- Sprinkle 5 g of white sesame seed on the salad bowl.
- Serve Immediately.
