- 500 g Blackberry
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 150 g Water
- 15 g Lemon juice

Blackberry Syrup
- Add 500 g of blackberry, 150 g of granulated sugar, 150 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 15 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula in a strainer.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing firmly to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
Freezing
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a freezer bag.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
Blackberry Sorbet
- Break the frozen Blackberry Syrup into large chunks.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- If a softer consistency is desired, blend for a further 10-20 seconds.
