- 800 g Water
- 400 g Broccoli
- 60 g Butter
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 10 g Sunflower seed

Cooking
- Peel, cut into cubes, and add 800 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Add 800 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Place the cooking basket.
- Place the vapor kit.
- Add 400 g of broccoli in the vapor basket.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Remove the vapor kit.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
Mashing
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 60 g of butter, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the strainer in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Serving
- Serve Hot.
