- 240 g Butter
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Flour t55
- 30 g Bitter cocoa

- 100 g Brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
- 100 g Dark chocolate chip
Steps
Brownie Layer
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grease and flour a square baking pan (20×20 cm).
- Add 150 g of dark chocolate, 120 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 70 g of flour t55, 30 g of bitter cocoa, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Cookie Dough Layer
- Add 120 g of butter, 100 g of brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 180 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Add 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in the Dark Chocolate Chips by hand in a bowl.
Final
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie batter in the baking pan.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the brownie layer comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brookies cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.
