- 160 g Nut
- 45 g Pitted date
- 45 g Soft dried fig
- 25 g Bitter cocoa
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
Steps
- Add 160 g of nut in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a bowl.
- Place 120 grams of chopped nuts that you set aside into the bowl of the food processor.
- Add 45 g of pitted date, 45 g of soft dried fig, 25 g of bitter cocoa, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 10. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
- Add 40g of reserved crushed nuts to the bowl of the food processor.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 2. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a Preparation name.
- Using the back of a spoon, press down firmly to compress the mixture until the surface is smooth.
- Setaside in a fridge during 1h .
- 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with the remaining nuts. Cut into pieces. Serve cold.
