  • 10 g Baking powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 120 g Olive oil
  • 140 g Milk
  • 150 g Goat cheese
  • 150 g Soft dried fig
  • 50 g Honey
  • 5 g Salt
  • 2 g Pepper
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 3 Figs

Steps

Cake Batter

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  3. Add 200 g of flour t55, 10 g of baking powder, 3 eggs, 120 g of olive oil, 120 g of milk, 150 g of goat cheese in the food processor bowl.
  4. Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of soft dried fig in the food processor bowl.
  5. Add 50 g of honey, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.

Baking and Glaze

  1. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 40min.
  2. Bake for 5 more minutes if necessary.
  3. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the content of the cake mold on a strainer let cool.
  5. Wash the food processor bowl.
  6. Add 100 g of icing sugar, 20 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  8. Pour the content of the food processor bowl on the cake mold.
  9. Cut in four, and distribute 3 figs on the cake mold.
  10. Let the glaze set before serving.
  11. Serve Cold.
