- 300 g Turnip
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Curry
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 700 g Vegetable broth
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Fresh dill
- 20 g Crouton

- Peel, cut in pieces, and add 300 g of carrot, 300 g of turnip in the food processor bowl.
Cooking
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of curry, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 700 g of vegetable broth in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 10. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
Serving
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Chop, and add 1 tablespoon(s) of fresh dill on the bowl.
- Add 20 g of crouton on the bowl.
