- 150 g Cristal sugar
- 35 g Flour
- 50 g Chocolate chip

- Add 40 g of hazelnut in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 180 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.

- Cut into small pieces, and add 180 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Place the whisk.
- Add 4 eggs, 150 g of cristal sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:10min / 0°C / Speed 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Remove the whisk.
- Add 35 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a standard mold to be buttered before.
- Add 50 g of chocolate chip on a preparation content.
