- 40 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Milk

- Add 50 g of nut in the food processor bowl.

- Setaside.

- Add 40 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of flour, 3 eggs, 200 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add the chopped nuts and mix well.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Pour pour the mixture into 4 oven-safe ramekins.
- Cook in the oven during 20min.
