Ingredients
- 100 g Powdered almond
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Gluten-free rolled oat
- 100 g Honey
- 50 g Grated coconut
- 20 g Colza oil
- 0.25 Teaspoon(s) Flower of salt
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 160°C.
- Line a 35 cm loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Add 100 g of powdered almond in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 4sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Add 100 g of gluten-free rolled oat, 100 g of honey, 50 g of grated coconut, 20 g of colza oil, ¼ teaspoon(s) of flower of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Distribute into the loaf pan, pressing down with the back of a wet spoon.
- Cook in the oven at 160°C during 25min.
- Remove, let cool for 30 minutes in the mold on a cooling rack, unmold, cut into 10 bars, and serve.
