  2. Add 150 g of flour, 2 g of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  3. Grate, and add 100 g of comté in the food processor bowl.
  4. Add 100 g of bacon pieces, 2 eggs, 80 g of milk, 50 g of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  6. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the ramekin.
  7. Cook in the oven at 180°C.

Sauce

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 100 g of whipping cream, 20 g of boursin in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Final Presentation

  1. Let the muffins cool slightly before unmolding.
