- 500 g Carrot
- 20 g Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Curry
- 200 g Water
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 50 g Whipping cream
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 1 Pinch(es) Crushed chilli

Preparation
- Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of carrot in the food processor bowl.
- Add 20 g of olive oil, 1 tablespoon(s) of curry in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Cooking
- Add 200 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 10. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
Finishing
- Add 50 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes on a preparation content.
- Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of crushed chilli adjust according to the tastes on the preparation content.
- Serve Hot.
