Ingredients
- 250 g Flour t55
- 200 g Granulated sugar
- 150 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 130 g Milk
- 8 g Baking powder
- 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g M&m's
- 100 g Chocolate stick
- 1 Drop(s) Red dye
- 1 White sugar dough
Steps
Cake Batter
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 200 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 3 eggs, 100 g of milk, 8 g of baking powder, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Baking
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold to be greased before, to be floured before.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Check if the cake is cooked with a toothpick.
- Setaside the cake mold on a workplan let cool.
Chocolate Glaze
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of dark chocolate, 50 g of butter, 30 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl on the cake mold.
Decoration
- Distribute 200 g of m&m's on the cake mold.
- Place 100 g of chocolate stick around the cake mold.
- Shape the White Sugar Dough into a rabbit's hindquarters and feet.
- Add 1 drop(s) of red dye in some dough.
- Color the feet with Pink Dye.
- Place 1 white sugar dough in the cake mold.
- Setaside the cake mold on a fridge during 30min.
- Serve Immediately.
