- 50 g Milk chocolate
- 50 g Hazelnut

- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Creamy Filling
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of mascarpone, 200 g of nutella in the food processor bowl.

Assembling the Log
- Spread the content of the food processor bowl.
- Sprinkle 50 g of hazelnut over a preparation content.
- Carefully roll up the sponge cake into a log shape.

- Cover the log with the Chocolate Ganache.
- Create chocolate shavings by grating a bar of Dark Chocolate over the log.
