  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

  6. Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  7. Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  9. Add 200 g of button mushroom in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
  11. Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
  12. Add 200 g of beef broth, 100 g of whole thick cream, 20 g of flour t55, 10 g of mustard, 10 g of paprika, 5 g of salt, 3 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  13. Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.

Fries Preparation

  1. Peel, and add 1000 g of potato in the bowl.
  2. Cook in the oven at 200°C.
