  • 10 g Baking powder
  • 120 g Dark chocolate

Steps

Cake Batter

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a cake tin.
  3. Add 80 g of hazelnut, 100 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Add 100 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  7. Add 3 g of egg, 200 g of flour t55, 10 g of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  9. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  10. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min to 40min.
  11. Let the cake cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chocolate Glaze

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 120 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  4. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  5. Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the cake mold.

Decoration

  1. Chop the Hazelnut roughly.
  2. Sprinkle 50 g of hazelnut, 20 g of icing sugar on the cake mold.
  3. Let the glaze set completely before slicing and serving.
  4. Serve Immediately.
