- 100 g Milk chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 3 g Egg
- 200 g Flour t55
- 10 g Baking powder
- 120 g Dark chocolate
- 20 g Icing sugar
Steps
Cake Batter
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease and flour a cake tin.
- Add 80 g of hazelnut, 100 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 100 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 3 g of egg, 200 g of flour t55, 10 g of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min to 40min.
- Let the cake cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Chocolate Glaze
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 120 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the cake mold.
Decoration
- Chop the Hazelnut roughly.
- Sprinkle 50 g of hazelnut, 20 g of icing sugar on the cake mold.
- Let the glaze set completely before slicing and serving.
- Serve Immediately.
