- 125 g Butter
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 60 g Water
- 4 Cloves of garlic
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 150 g Grated gruyère
- 2 Green onions
- 1 Carrot
Steps
Pastry
- Add 250 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 125 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Add 60 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
Filling
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Mince, and add 4 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 4 eggs, 200 g of whipping cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 150 g of grated gruyère in the food processor bowl.
- Sliced, and add 2 green onions in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, cut into dices, and add 1 carrot in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 1. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- The dough must fit a rectangular tart pan.
- Transfer the content of the dough in a baking tray.
- Trim the edges.

- Bake until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
