Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni au Gratin using a Thermomix

Prepare to be enchanted by the invisible raclette cake, a dish that whimsically combines the comfort of a classic raclette with the lightness of a fluffy cake. Originating from the Swiss Alps, where cheese reigns supreme, this recipe transforms the beloved melted cheese experience into a delightful, hidden treasure. Imagine layers of thinly sliced potatoes interspersed with creamy raclette and savory raw ham, all enveloped in a tender, buttery batter that seems to disappear upon baking. Fun fact: in Switzerland, raclette is traditionally enjoyed with pickles and cured meats, but this cake takes it to a whole new level of indulgence. Perfect for impressing guests or simply treating yourself, this cake is a culinary hug that warms both heart and belly!
