Baking and Filling

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl on a baking tray.
  2. Spread the batter evenly.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
  4. Check if it is golden and springy to the touch, it can take up to 15 minutes.
  5. Setaside the preparation content on the baking tray let cool.
  6. Turn it out onto a clean cooking_cloth dusted with Icing Sugar.
  7. Gently peel off the baking_paper.
