- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 10 g Baking powder
- 2 g Salt
- 250 g Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Icing sugar
- 20 g Water
Steps
Pancake Batter
- Add 250 g of flour, 50 g of granulated sugar, 10 g of baking powder, 2 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 250 g of milk, 30 g of butter, 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Setaside the preparation content during 5min.
Cooking
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour small spoonfuls of batter onto the hot griddle.
- Cook in the oven and each side.
- Transfer the mini pancakes to a wire rack to cool.
Icing
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of icing sugar, 20 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add more Water if needed.
- Dip the top of each cooled mini pancake into the icing, or drizzle the icing over the pancakes.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
- Serve Immediately.
