  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 30 g Breadcrumb
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 Cloves of garlic

  • 5 g Salted soy sauce
  • 5 g Sesame oil
  • 2 g Salt

  • 10 g Flour

Steps

Leek & Beef Mixture

  1. Add 200 g of leek, 10 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  3. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  4. Add 500 g of ground beef, 1 egg, 30 g of breadcrumb, 1 lemon, 1 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 g of fresh parsley, 5 g of fresh chive, 5 g of ginger, 5 g of salted soy sauce, 5 g of sesame oil, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
