- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter biscuit

Chocolate Filling
- Add 200 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
Assembling the Cookies
- Add 200 g of butter biscuit at a workplan.
- Spread small_amount of the food processor bowl by using the spatula.
- Top with another Butter Biscuits, flat side down, to create a sandwich.
- Repeat with the remaining Butter Biscuits and melted Milk Chocolate
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
- Serve Cold.
