Ingredients
- 500 g Flour t55
- 1300 g Water
- 200 g Onion
- 500 g Ground beef
- 5 g Salt
- 5 g Pepper
- 20 g Sunflower oil
Steps
Dough Preparation
- Add 500 g of flour t55, 250 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl cover with plastic wrap.
- Setaside the dough during 30min.
Filling Preparation
- Add 200 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Add 500 g of ground beef, 50 g of water, 5 g of salt, 5 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Manty Assembly
- Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 cm squares.
- Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each square. Bring the corners of the dough squares to the center and pinch the sides to seal, forming a small dumpling.
Steaming
- Brush 20 g of sunflower oil
- Grease the steaming basket with Sunflower Oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the assembled manty in the steam basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Add 1000 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Place the vapor kit.
- Mix manual: 45:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Remove the vapor kit.
Serving
- Carefully remove the steamed manty from the steam basket.
