- 80 g Tomato puree

Meatloaf Mixture
- Add 150 g of onion, 1 teaspoon(s) of garlic powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 15 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 700 g of ground beef, 1 egg, 100 g of breadcrumb, 50 g of ketchup, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4 in inverse.
Meatloaf Shaping
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
- Place 150 g of bacon strip on a preparation content.
- Spread 80 g of tomato puree on the preparation content.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 50min.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- Setaside the preparation content on a workplan let cool during 10min.
- Serve Hot.
