- 150 g Flour t55
- 75 g Butter
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 500 g Mirabelle plum
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Whipping cream
Steps
Crumble Dough
- Add 150 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 75 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Setaside the preparation content at a bowl.
Mirabelle Plums
- Wash, cut in two, pit, and add 500 g of mirabelle plum in a baking dish.
Assembling and Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Transfer the content of the bowl over the preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the Mirabelle plums are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Whipping Cream
- Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
Serving
- Serve Warm.
