- 5 g Salt
- 1 Bay leaf
- 200 g Sausage from strasbourg
- 1 Mont d'or cheese
Steps
Potatoes
- Add 500 g of potato, 1000 g of water, 5 g of salt, 1 bay leaf in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Check if the potatoes are cooked. If not, add cooking time.
- Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
- Setaside the preparation content in a plate.
Sausages
- Sliced, and add 200 g of sausage from strasbourg on a cutting board.

Camembert Fondue
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 1 mont d'or cheese in an oven.

- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
