  • 200 g Sausage from strasbourg

Steps

Potatoes

  1. Add 500 g of potato, 1000 g of water, 5 g of salt, 1 bay leaf in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  3. Check if the potatoes are cooked. If not, add cooking time.
  4. Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
  5. Setaside the preparation content in a plate.

Sausages

  1. Sliced, and add 200 g of sausage from strasbourg on a cutting board.
  2. Setaside the preparation content in the plate.

Camembert Fondue

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Add 1 mont d'or cheese in an oven.
  3. Remove Mont d'Or Cheese from its packaging and place it back into its wooden box.
  4. Score the top of the Mont d'Or Cheese in a criss-cross pattern.
  5. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.

Serving

  1. Serve Hot.
  2. Serve the baked Mont d'Or Cheese immediately with the cooked Potatoes and sliced Sausages From Strasbourg for dipping.
