  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
  8. Add 3 eggs in a mixing bowl.
  9. Add 200 g of whole liquid fresh cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the mixing bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Assemble and Bake

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Place it in a tart pan.
  3. Transfer the content of the bowl on a pastry frame.
  4. Pour the content of the mixing bowl over a preparation content.
  5. Sprinkle 50 g of grated gruyère on the preparation content.
