Cheesecake Filling

  1. Rinse the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 400 g of philadelphia, 120 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Baking and Assembly

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
  2. Preheat the oven at 160°C.
