Ingredients
- 300 g Flour
- 75 g Granulated sugar
- 7 g Dehydrated baker's yeast
- 150 g Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 60 g Butter
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 200 g Nutella
Steps
Dough
- Add 300 g of flour, 75 g of granulated sugar, 7 g of dehydrated baker's yeast, 150 g of milk, 1 egg, 60 g of butter, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 5:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Lightly oil the bowl.
- Setaside the dough in the mixing bowl cover with towel during 1h .
Shaping and Filling
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Punch down the risen dough.
- Divide it into four equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a circle about 30 cm in diameter.
- Place one circle on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Spread 100 g of nutella on the dough.
- Leaving a small border.
- Place the second circle on top.
- Spread 100 g of nutella on the dough.
- Top with the third circle.
- Place the last circle of dough on top.
- Place a glass in the center of the dough.
- With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 16 equal strips from the edge of the glass to the edge of the dough.
- Take two adjacent strips, twist them away from each other twice, and then pinch the ends together to seal. Repeat with the remaining strips.
- Remove the glass from the center.
Baking
- Add 1 egg in a bowl.
- Whisk the egg.
- Brush 1 egg over the dough.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve Warm.
