  • 300 g Flour
  • 75 g Granulated sugar
  • 7 g Dehydrated baker's yeast
  • 150 g Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 200 g Nutella

Steps

Dough

  1. Add 300 g of flour, 75 g of granulated sugar, 7 g of dehydrated baker's yeast, 150 g of milk, 1 egg, 60 g of butter, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix knead: 5:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  4. Lightly oil the bowl.
  5. Setaside the dough in the mixing bowl cover with towel during 1h .

Shaping and Filling

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Punch down the risen dough.
  3. Divide it into four equal pieces.
  4. Roll each piece into a circle about 30 cm in diameter.
  5. Place one circle on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Spread 100 g of nutella on the dough.
  7. Leaving a small border.
  8. Place the second circle on top.
  9. Spread 100 g of nutella on the dough.
  10. Top with the third circle.
  11. Place the last circle of dough on top.
  12. Place a glass in the center of the dough.
  13. With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 16 equal strips from the edge of the glass to the edge of the dough.
  14. Take two adjacent strips, twist them away from each other twice, and then pinch the ends together to seal. Repeat with the remaining strips.
  15. Remove the glass from the center.

Baking

  1. Add 1 egg in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the egg.
  3. Brush 1 egg over the dough.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve Warm.
