150 g Flour t55
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1 Teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper

1000 g Sunflower oil
100 g Mayonnaise
30 g Pickle
10 g Fresh dill

Steps

Onion Rings

Add 2 onions on a workplan.
Peel and slice the onions into 1/2 cm thick rings. Separate the rings.
Add 150 g of flour t55 in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of paprika, 1 teaspoon(s) of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of pepper in the mixing bowl.
Add 240 g of blond beer in the food processor bowl.
Transfer the content of the mixing bowl in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Wash the food processor bowl.
Add 1000 g of sunflower oil in a frypan.
Cook in the oven at 180°C.
Dip each onion ring into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
Fry the oven at 180°C during 2min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate.

Creamy Dip

Add 100 g of mayonnaise in the bowl.
Chop, and add 30 g of pickle, 10 g of fresh dill in the bowl.
Mix well in the bowl.
Serve Hot.
