- 80 g Cassonade brown sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Flour t45
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 3 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla sugar
- 100 Teaspoon(s) Chocolate chip
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.
- Add 100 g of peanut in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 80 g of cassonade brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 egg, 150 g of flour t45, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 3 teaspoon(s) of vanilla sugar, 100 teaspoon(s) of chocolate chip in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Using 2 teaspoons, form balls and place them on the prepared trays, ensuring to space them 5 cm apart.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min to 20min.
