Imagine indulging in a delicate bite-sized treasure that hails from the picturesque French pastry shops. Praline Financiers are not just delightful treats; they carry a rich history as the favorite of wealthy financiers in 19th century Paris, thanks to their ability to be easily transported and enjoyed with coffee. These little cakes, with their buttery goodness and nutty praline flavor, are like a sweet hug for your taste buds. The use of semi-whole wheat flour lends them a unique texture that is both tender and slightly robust.
